Returns Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Please send an email to info@rozuri.com within 14 days of your purchase, and we will provide a return authorization and mailing information. Return the unused portion, and we will be happy to remit your account for the full amount of your purchase, minus the shipping. Please Note: Only items purchased on www.rozuri.com may be accepted for return. If you purchased your Rozuri by Maya product at one of our authorized retailers, please contact them for assistance.

To return a product, please send an email to info@rozuri.com and we will provide a return authorization and mailing information. Our warehouse does not accept returns. We cannot ensure that we will be able to properly locate and handle your return or exchange without the return authorization and the correct return address. We recommend that your return or exchange is sent via FedEx, UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection and to ensure prompt delivery. We're sorry, but shipping fees are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend that you use a shipping service with reliable tracking, or that you purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. In many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This four week time period includes the time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days); the time it takes for us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days); and the time it takes for your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item(s). If you have any questions you may also email us directly.

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you. You will be provided with the option of back ordering the product, or will refund you the total or partial amount using the original method of payment.

What if I receive a broken or damaged item?
